LUXURY TROPICAL VILLAS The Tropical Villa400 square feet of luxury right on the waters edge in our new marina. The villa features a master bedroom with queen bed, a bath with a full size tub & shower enclosure, and an upscale kitchen with built in oven, microwave and side by side refrigerator. The living/dining room has a queen size pullout couch, coffee/dining table, easy chair and wide screen TV.   The VIP Tropical VillaThe ultimate vacation villa for the larger family or small group. The VIP includes the Tropical Villa above plus a second 400 square foot building with 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bath joined by a spacious outdoor deck and covered porch. That's a total of 800 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sleeping loft, fully equiped kitchen, living/dining area and a 12 X 24 rooftop party deck complete with a barbeque grill. Fully furnished featuring a spacious central living area with a flat screen cable TV adjoining a full service kitchen equipped with all the appliances. The two seperate bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen bed and TV while bedroom 2 provides 2 twin beds.
